About registration

You need to have Trade License and register your premises under Shops & Commercial Establishment Act. You  may need a commercial electrical permit in some case as you may be using computers.

First your business entity should be registered under Registar of Firms or in Registrar of companies. After that you should get necessary permission form the appropriate authourites to run the educational institution.

Its very much important to Register it. Non-Incorporation may lead to future legal and Taxation problems. Incorporation  is not much complicated.

You can choose either Partnership, Company or LLP. 

Better you go for LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) where you can controll all the thing as per your wish.  It is registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and it is equivalent to the Pvt. Ltd. Co. You can avail many benefits  such as Legal Support, TAX benefits and so on...

Its up to you. But to avoid legal and Taxation problem , it is always advisable to get it register.....

It wont cost you much....but it will save you from future problems..
