DEAR SIR:
Since 2007 the officials of the insurance company including Mr.
Sekar,GM himself have been making/endorsing false and frivolous
allegations against an honest citizen of India who in his capacity of
being a citizen of india has been writing RTI applications with good
intentions of transparency and accountability in public life.
One of the most controversial argument is that because Mr. Soni is an
ex-employee of the company he does not deserve information. Another
one is that because he was removed from the company he does not
deserve right to information,the officer making the allegation
forgets that an ex-employee/ removed employee is paid gratuity and
provident fund until and unless the same is denied by way of speaking
order while I continue to be denied of both in collusion by various
officials.
While I was in the services of the company at least 100 RTI
applications were denied upon the argument that
"enquiry/investigation" was in progress.
In respect of defending the denial of information to a citizen of
india,namely,Shri Gopal Soni, the company has spent about a million
rupees on the tour expenses of the officials who take a flight to
personally appear before the central information commission(CIC)
instead of being present through video conference as per the notice of
CIC.
I understand the Company shall not have any difficulty in defending
the charge of causing my death as and when I am compelled to sacrifice
my life for the cause of honesty,transparency and accountability in
public life.
If you are a human being,it is my humble request to release my
provident fund amount (salary roll no. 24001)of about Rs. four lakh
that has been illegally forefeited /deducted as a consequence of
dismissal to enable me my survival as a human being with dignity.
There is neither a court stay nor a speaking order to deny me my
own provident fund which includes the voluntary deduction that I saved
for a rainy day.
After my death Mr. Sekar and the present chairman Mr. Srinivasan may
find it extremely difficult to defend against criminal charges,I
leave Mr. Ramdoss as he is wheel chair bound.
