I meant I'm gonna visit circle inspector and sub inspector to log my FIR.

I want to record it while I'm doing it by switching on voice recorder and then take it to court or cbi and arrest them for not being able to follow any law

There is no illegality in recording the incidents happening in the police station.

While you may record events in a police station when lodging a complaint, it's advisable to check with the police station's specific policies and be mindful of potential privacy concerns and the possibility of the police not allowing recording. 

There isn't a law that outright prohibits recording within a police station, but it's not a guaranteed right either.

I see! So that lawyers, police and judges together will make us go around stations for the rest of our lives without sorting out the cases. 

A very big drama by Indian judiciary system that they don't allow recording nor make complaints online.
