In 2005, our society made a development agreement. Total members are 158. in meeting most of the people are ready for that builder proposal. our society comes under mhada land. Developers agree to give 315 and 415 sq. ft area. In 2007, 58 members were left there house and went on rent because developers agree to give rent. in 2008, the developer demolished that 58 members' houses. Now 2023, but still no any action, no building, no rent, even though developers were also terminated because he had not fulfilled any project and not given any rent. Other 100 people are still there, and remaining 58 members are out...pls help me ..what to do...
