In keeping with the so called "absolute authority" I was ordered dismissal upon a so called charge memo in which only grave charge ever mentioned was that of leaving headquarters and the inquiry report mentioned that I left headquarters to get stay orders from high court.
on the other hand while I was sufrering forced i prolonged whimsical supension the Chief regional Manager ,Jaipur of the same insurance company refused to put into suspension a bribe taker arguing that "Head Office" shall decide whether to suspend the alleged bribe taker or not:
Yet another bribe taker caught demanding gratification in the first week of January 2003 by anti corruption bureau, Jaipur who evades any serious action by his employer instead enjoys an alternate name,that is,his name is different from the the name he entered services of the insurance company,enjoys all service benefits,including opportunity of promotion,increments,medical benefits etc and powerful designation "office secretary" in an association. He was seen enjoying the company of the then ex-officio company chairman (namely,a.r.sekar)on 20 July 2012,he was seen presentling a bouquet to insurance company's highest authority though the company itself was incurring net losses.
As an honest citizen of India,personally affected by systematic abuse of authotiy,including that of "absolute discretion" to perpetrate systematic support to corruption in public life, on behalf of insurance company,at the same time denial of my fundamental rights,with iron hands,including Right to Information, to a hapless citizen of India (more than 10 appeals under RTI act are pending with first appellate authority of head office of insurance company,whose official e-mail address does not work) I have written the attached RTI application.
