Suit for title declaration and rectification of boundaries

We purchased 200 sq yard in 2007 bit we done self rectification without vendor of 2 boundaries at registration office in 2022 but after survey in 2023 September we came to know vendor cheated by showing land at other location with wrong boundaries wherein we cancelled rectification deed and then we filed for title declaration, recovery of possession ,rectification of boundaries but not explicitly mentioned that to null and void rectification 

 

Please let me know cancellation deed of rectification at registration office is enough or do weed to add prayer to null and void rectification deed and cancellation deed

The rectification deed was already revoked by executing a registered cancellation deed hence there's no necessity to seek its cancellation once again in the current declaration suit

Was there any application submitted to the government survey depatment by anyone to survey the property, because the government surveyor cannot survey the property on his own without any authority.

You have not furnished proper details hence any more opinion may mislead you.

The facts posted are not clear as to you have stated, that, "....we done self rectification without vendor........"

Please answer that how did you execute a registered rectification deed without the help and support of the vendor  or he doing it for you>?

Was there any court order authorising you to execute the rectification deed unilaterally to rectify the deed at your whims?
