We purchased 200 sq yard in 2007 bit we done self rectification without vendor of 2 boundaries at registration office in 2022 but after survey in 2023 September we came to know vendor cheated by showing land at other location with wrong boundaries wherein we cancelled rectification deed and then we filed for title declaration, recovery of possession ,rectification of boundaries but not explicitly mentioned that to null and void rectification
Please let me know cancellation deed of rectification at registration office is enough or do weed to add prayer to null and void rectification deed and cancellation deed
