Whether transfer of property for past and future illicit cohabitation is valid? What doctrine pari delicto says? Is father's property also an ancestral property?

"In pari Delicto" is a Latin Maxim commonly used in tort and contract law which means “in equal fault.”

Ancestral property is defined as one that is inherited up to four generations of male lineage and should have remained undivided throughout this period. According to Hindu Succession Act, property inherited by a Hindu from his father, father's father or father's fathers' father, is ancestral property.
