Dear All,
The issue is regarding the property that my mother had buy for my uncle name in 2003 with dakhil kharij on his name & the registery. after few year my uncle said he dont want the property as he is living in village. now that land has been sold out by SC lady to a property dealer as 1/2 bigha registry in 2007 including our land and that property dealer has sold 6 biswa to his brother now he had made house in that land when we tell him that its our land on which you had made construction he is scolding us to get legal action please advise
