Accused absconded to usa during final judgement call

Accused A1 was on bail on attempt to murder case is not attending during final judgement hearings and court issued NBW and later we found he works in Infosys and he went onsite USA . Police sent FIR and nbw to Infosys and they gave police his resendential address in usa next hearing on FEB28 how to proceed

Judge asked to do all the necessary actions from lolice side to bring him back and asked why he was still.not terminated and asked to call HR if required
