My client want to make medicine for business purpose in gujarat village area.
Now my question is :
-IS urban cealing act applicabale ?
- if applicatble he cant acquire more than 36 acre land.
- HE want to acquire 240 acre land for to produce ARENDA to make medicine.
- IF he make company for this purpose than he can acquire land in that company ( 240 acre ) and that land is consider as agriculture land or non agriculture land ?
- what is right solution ?
