Ad interim ex parte injunction

So I took the advice of this forum and did inform her about pending divorce in U.S.. She engaged a lawyer in U.S. who submitted the equivalennt of vakalatnama But all her lawyer did is stretched her time to reply for several months ahead - so atleast it is not ex-parte. phew.

It now seems that she will delay it further by tring to get "ad interim ex parte injunction" on my court proceedings in U.S. Is it even possible for her to get it ? I dont think that it will stop the court in U.S. from proceeding, but I will have to get stay on this order in India for my peace of mind.

Also, My bare readings of the rule says that Rule 1&2 Order 39 have to be a part of a suit. So does it mean she can only achieve it , if she herself has filed for divorce in India ?
