Adding of new accused with sc & st act sections before the

Namaskaram to senior advocates, Sir, A crime reported to police by the complainant under sections 324 r/w 34 IPC. Investigation is pending now.at this stage, i would like add more accused with new sections of SC & ST Act by approaching the court by way of private complaint to investigate into the same crime reported to the police. I would like to know whether i can add more accused when investigation pending before police, Or if not possible before filing of charge sheet, is there any chances of adding more names after filing of charge sheet but before framing of charges Kindly give suggestions and case laws if any Thanking you sir, hoping a reply
