Good evening all. Is there any circular released by the DOPT enabling the employees of central government to claim additional increments for acquiring additional qualifications? If so, up to how many degrees and how many increments? kindly throw some light.

Detailed guidelines have been issued for sanction of advance increments for acquiring higher qualifications and specialised qualifications. It varies from department wise.
