my lanlord has filed one writ pitions before 6 monts, now its due for admission, but no copy of plaint is given to me even if i am respodent with other party. so can i file application to adjournment in highcourt for plaint papersto be given to me and for adjournment of hearing for 2 to 3 months?.I dont have any lawer or can not even afford the fees of lawer. can i file simple letter or affidavit to judges for that? Anyformate for that is avalible ?
