1. Raising a Foster Son is akin to "gratuitous gesture" and has no legal implications and neither Foster Son has any right over his Foster Parents property or whatever, in anyway whatsoever .... without any exceptions.

2. Duly & Legally Adopted Son is compulsorily a Legal Son is akin to "legal compulsion" and has perpetual legal implications and Adopted Son has any right over his Adopted Parents property or whatever, in everyway .... without any exceptions.

Post all relevant facts in one go and not in bits and pieces.

P. Venu (Advocate)     04 October 2020

What are the facts? What is the context?

You may give facts instead of framing question paper fro students.
