Adoption deed

Dear Sir,

Can any one tell me that according to Hindu Adoption Act

how much of stamp paper is compulory or require for

Child Adoption Deed ???.

Adoption Deed, not required to be registered, is done on the stamp paper of Rupees 100.

Registration of document shall be valid proof of adoption. Go for it.

No,,,in my opinion....you have to file Adoption Petition in Civil Court and get the Court's order....
