.1 I am completely MENTALLY SICK by the attitude of the some of folks in this forum including the original poster of this post.

This type of REVENGE MENTALITY typifies the problem of the male ego. You guys do not truly love your wives...........
Your going after her and her lover shows that you guys are CHILD in brain and totally immature.

Some guy is not giving divorce for his unconsummated marriage since the past 3 years and not allowing the poor wife to marry someone else.

This guy (original poster) is studying Law (another unconsummated marraige) to revenge on her wife.

I mean what kind of mentality do you guys possess ????

Yes the wife has made a mistake by marrying you guys.........But you GOING after her and her lover is a very IMMORAL and unethical thing to do.

please give her the divorce guys and leave her alone. Let her live her life. Please

Please guys MOVE ON and find another girl and find Happiness.

This revenge mentality will hurt you only in the long run and also this SIN of hurting the girl and her lover is an unforgivable SIN and you might end up in Hell for this.

Whoever U are better hold UR keyboard and UR tongue as well. U have no business to talk of ill about the experts.We here are doing only a voluntary  service spending our valuable time only to assist the needy and not everybody.Everybody means most of them enter this forum only to gain knowledge, or to irritate the experts with their academic and vague posts and answers.Have U given any money to the experts here for obtaining a favourable solution,I hope not. This querist also is unnecceasrily extending the query for unknown reasons enabling the intruders to talk as they like.hence dear experts better stop this query at this juncture.

My intention  is not to drive U out but only to make U control UR language while either replying  or talking about the experts.

Considering the situation I opine at first you try to mediate your problem by calling both side parents and relatives to bring your wife within your clutch and indoctrinate her to maintain a happy conjugal life just to keep your good image in the eyes of the society. Now a days chaste girls are very seldom due to influx of western culture in the Indian society. Of course role of the young boys in such menace cannot be ruled out.

Indian society is a male oriented society so a husband tries to dominate his wife, whereas, women now a days are educated and self supported those lead them to dislike subordination.  To maintain a happy married life both the couple shall have to give up ego and must manifest rational behavior to each other as good friends. Apart from that each of the couple shall have to maintain sacrifice for each other and further needs good adjustment and fair understanding.

@ OP – You are spending valuable time, money and energy investigating the case of yours and to prove that in court she had an illicit relationship. Okay Agreed.

In India Courts are delay centers and who knows how much you need to roam around courts.

Even if court agrees and how much imprisonment and fine she will get. Some lawyers can share their thoughts.

In India there are people who have swallowed crores of public money and are roaming freely in public. Did what not you name it and you can find it?

After few years if you check what is your Past, only you will be there investigating and collecting the case details.

If she is not the person for you, then she is not. We can’t force anybody to stay with us.

What goes around comes around.  I definitely understand how much pain, agony; dishonor and health of your parents have deteriorated.

When an opportunity comes and knocks in go for MCD and you will be free the sooner the better.

Think the bad karma has left. Then choose a girl get married, have kids and take care of them. Be careful this time and choose a good girl.

You are very right. But always remember that today if all of us could get bail in false 498a then the credit goes to people who went to jail without any proofs and fought for justice. It is there hard work and sacrifice because of which we are breathing today.

Fighting for justice has a cost in India. And that is your time consumption. But one should take it as a responsibility as well. We all are socially responsible as well.

So Super Hero you can only be hero when you think of society before you.

As a common man I believe it is important that you fight and go with your will.

The option before you as per my opinion is to send her a legal notice asking her to return to the matrimonial fold. in that notice please mention the date of her leaving your company and her matrimonial house, mention the jewels she has taken with her which were given by you to her, mention the amount you spent on the wedding. mention about her adulterous life which started before  marriage and its continuation after marriage too, mention about your magnanimity to pardon her mistakes of the past and present and ask her to change and live with you as expected of her in the future.  Thus after a legal notice with all the mentions included,  remain silent for a the period until she makes the mistake of marrying her paramour secretly and then file a divorce suit on the grounds of adultery and also a criminal complaint for the offence of bigamy.

Take the help of a local lawyer for drafting a legal notice properly.
