My legal wife and her family want false case under sec 24 of special marriage act 1954 that the marriage which was solomonised under special marriage 1954 by forcing her and without her knowledge ,which is totally false she is an officer in PSU and I am also.we both willfully arranged our marriage in district court ,now there family want fast suit against me..and trying to cancel this marriage any how.I also want this marriage should not be continued bcoz she herself not want to leave with me.they are presentaly in other state ,they want suit against me from there.they are residing there over 2 month.
I am govt employee aged only 27 year.how can i overcome with this situation.before that incident we love each other .i also do but dont know what happend to her.their family was tottaly against us.i did not want to attend any where else outside me state.
my advocate suggest her family and draft a petition in favor of them under sec 25 sub (i) under ground marriage cohabitation marriage not consumed ,they suppose to file petition from their .my advocate suggest me that if they file that suit they u will not need to attend any hiring .then the decision goes to ex parto and marriage will nullified.what can they do? i am not wrong in any document if they suit false against me what should i do???
please suggest what to do ?????i want tottaly overcome with this situation .i love my MAA and Paapa they are very simple.please help me in this regard
