An awaed has been obtained under A.P. land ceiling act in the name of a dead person by fraud and suppression of facts . Please advise me how to prosecute this culprit?

File FIR uner sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC direcly with concerned police station in whose jurisdiction such award was obtained and failing which file a criminal complaint.

Any award and decree is passed against or infavour of dead persons is null and void. You can cancel the same by flling application before the court passed the award. Or if you want it criminla lremedy. kindly follows the advise of Shri Raj kumar makkad
