Pursuant to the provisions of the contract between Rajsingh and X Company Ltd.. Rajsingh inter alia agreed “not to accept any offer for his endorsement, promotion, advertising or other affiliation with regard to any goods or services “from a new party” unless Rajsingh discloses the new terms to C Company Ltd. and the later permits Rajsingh to accept such offer. Advise X Co. Ltd. on the enforceability of the aforesaid term in the contract.
