affair

a married woman and a single man have an affair [ physical relationship ] for a year.the married woman exploits the single man and extracts lot of things in cash and kind..now the married woman walks out of the relationship.Can the single man take action against the married woman

In fact [legal] relationship never existed, where is the question of 'walks out of the relationship'? It is an illegal contract which does not have a legal solution. Moreover, she did not rob anything from the man, the man had given her cash and kind voluntarily. Even on the account of theft, no complaint can be given. But you may try to give complaint to Police. Because police is accepting any Complaint in our country and would arrest anybody when they suspect something and investigate into the complaint.
