The civil court had given us(plaintiff) a ad-interim injunction order regarding an agricultural land.Now the defendant advocate too had filed a counter on this.And the case is in the court hearings.Moreover i had sown the CROP also in the field.Now if in case for assumption, if the injunction order is vacated, then what is the next step shall i take to proceed further (or) else any other legal remedy is there for me..Kindly suggest me sir.I am a poor person and the defendant is financially stronger .
