me n my sister got my fathers will probate from high court mumbai. my father passed away we both sisters were taking care of parents mom died few months back.. parents debarded my brothers from all rights of self acquired flat. as they were not good sons.
now the question ,one of my brother broke the lock n flat n took possession forcibly.
In this month we got the will probate from High Court. now how to take possession n remove tat person from the flat. my brother( shame to call him brother as he tortured my parents till their death).
plz guide. my lawyer is telling me file suit but it wil take 20 years in court and we don't have time n money.
can we take police help in throwing him out of flat as we have probate will n now the flat is in our name.
