After writ petition dismissa

A teacher from a private unaided school was terminated from service two years back. The teacher filed Writ Petition through HCLSC Panel Advocate (legal aid). The Writ Petition was disposed of six months back. Status of the disposal of WP is 'CONTESTED - DISMISSED'.

Then the teacher has requested the HCLSC for the service of a Panel Advocate to file 'WRIT APPEAL'. But the teacher was NOT provided the service of a Panel Advocate by the HCLSC. Instead the teacher was directed to approach the concerned DLSA.

Is the action of the HCLSC correct? Why did the HCLSC sit over the requestion (for the service of a Panel Advocate) for SIX MONTHS? What will be the next step?

The teacher can raise his/her grievance by writing to the Hon'ble Chairman of HCLSC, rest assured grievance raised will be dealt with in accordance with regulations.

If she was advised to approach DLSA there is noithing stopping her from approaching the district legal services authority, why is she making a fuss.

Whether she wants the main relief or she is intending to fight against the HCLSC ?

Let she decide what is important for her.

Prima facie your queries / grievances are to vent out your annoyance against the performance of DLSA, inter alia, that,

"Is the action of the HCLSC correct? Why did the HCLSC sit over the requestion (for the service of a Panel Advocate) for SIX MONTHS? What will be the next step?"

In such a situation what do you intend to seek opinion / guidance from experts on this platform ?

please be specific.

DLSA says the matter needs to be agitated in the High Court only as the matter was already taken to the High Court.

Engage a counsel.

Otherwise you have the right to File LPA against the dismissal of Writ Petition or later on Appeal to Supreme court.
