We have 3 brothers and a mother too. Father passed away two years ago. All three live on separate floors. The main gate has an open space in one direction and there is a staircase on the other direction. There is another gate which is for the people living on that floor. Similar things have been built on all three floors. Is the open area common or can the people living on that floor use it.
