Agm decision

I'm a Bonafide Member of a Group Housing Society in Delhi of 55 members. In a AGM 36 members signed the minutes to go for use of additional FAR by extending balconies and additional room with toilet in seven story building. The capital expenditure will run into several lakhs. The MC of the society didn't have the mandate of all 55 and members. 12 members didn't need additional space and didn't have funds. Most of them are senior citizens. My query is can MC force them to pay the cost and get additional space. They say as per AGM Decision. What's the legal remedy to them.
