My Grand Parents purchanged land in 1970's and they made a sale agreement that time and they didn't mentioned any date for registration but they mentioned that seller is agreed to register land whenever purchager wants. With this point can we go ahead and register this land now? And purchager and seller's are no more alive so now do(sellers childrens) we need to registered that land from purchagers children's? Is this agreement still valid? Can you please advise?
Sellers children's are ready to register that land on our names.
