Land sell aggreement has happened with below
1. No evidence signatures
2. Aggreement created in the year when government does not allow to sell as part of condition when land was allocated to seller.
Seller does not want to honour realizing the above points. Matter in court and seller is now suffering from Parkinson/ memory issues due to age issue and cannot come for cross examination. What is the approach seller needs to take including handover of power to children
