Respected Advocates,
I am all the agricultural related land documents like deed, pattadar pass book etc in a Survey no 'x ' for an extent of 0.20 Acres.But unfortunately the extent is being enjoyed by another person who is not having any records with him.Now hoe to proceed with the matter

Probably it is matter of squatting, adverse possesion.
It is better to consult a very able counsel specializing in revenue/property/civil matters, well versed wityh such cases and local laws.
