Respected Sir/Madam,
I am having Agriculture land in MP for which I had applied for Demarcation (Simankan) which was done by patwari without field visit for which we objected and preferred appeal to SDM u/s 129(5) of MPLRC. The SDM accepted the appeal and order for SLR Demarcation (Simankan) the SLR team after visit gave report that Naksha is not properly cut in patwari report so first correct the same then only demarcation will be done though previously we had done the batankan and naksha correct and having order for the same. Based on above SLR Report SDM has rejected the appeal.
Now please suggest what can be done further and if need to appeal on SDM order where need to be done?
