Ancestor property dispute suite proof

Background – In the mutation copy. It is mentioned that Grandfather died and property moved to Father … Next in another line it is mentioned Father died and property katha was moved to son due to he was only son. When this happened daughter was married and had kids. This was happened in year 1987. With love the money for share in property was given to sister by brother but they didn’t take any proof for it.  In 2009 after 20 years Daughter filed case for share in ancestor property...............................................

Petitioner – Daughter filed case for share in ancestor property (father’s father property) in year the 2009.......................................................................

Defendant – In the written statement defendant respondent saying that the share was given and petitioner has taken property in Bangalore and as well as defendant taken loan from bank...........................................................................

Actually – the money was given to Petitioner by Defendant but they didn’t take any proof of it...................................................................................

Petitioner in Cross examination in front of judge– Said they haven’t received money and as well as no property in Bangalore and also said once again that there is no property in Bangalore in our name. This statement was been recorded by judge in Cross examination...............................................................................

Defendant – Defendant to prove that got the property sale deed and EC which was taken petitioner son in the year 2004. The defendant son was about 22 years when he was taken property. They work in garment factory with that earning they cannot buy the property.............................................

For proving that defendant taken loan she is paying loan from past 15 years by attaching the property document that proof is present in the EC........................................................

Is this evidence enough for showing that money was been given by petitioner by defendant????

Kindly suggest.
