Hi, i am from south Maharashtra, My great grandfather distributed ancestor land to all his sons, and everybody got equal share of the property. But it was verbal agreement. Now we have everybody’s name in whole property, how i can clear my property title and will have only my name in my property. Can my dad do the gift deed with me so title will get clear?

Verbal communication is no value in view of law.
If ur father make gift deed their share in ur name then u get ur name on that property.

if my father do the gift deed of the land which we got in distribution and if he mension the perticular of the land like servay nuber and area in that deed. Is that doccument valid?

all his sons got equal share of the property through a .verbal agreement. Hence now all of them including their children go for execution of Partition deed, mentioning that as that deed is a verbal agreement and as per that agreement all are executing the present Partition deed. The stamp duty shall be paid at Rs.2% on the Market value of the property leaving a major share.

Mutate that property in ur father's name and take the consent of all share holder with their signature on deed. Then only u can transfer it on ur name.
