This sounds strange.
If Mr B take the rear part away from road, how will he be able to access the road and if Mr B stand on road how will he be able to reach to this plot/portion ?
The property has to be divided 50-50 from road side and not front-back.

Hi,Thanks for your reply.But the property is a long property and so cannot be divided from road side.From back side B can access by leaving way for his home.So kindly suggest me way to divide it in what proportion?
