Ancestral propety share to daughter

Hello Sir/Mam, As my grandfather had 4 daughters and 2 sons. All the four daughters are married before 1989. Grandfather owned agri land which is ancestral property. And he died in 1970, in 1992 behalf of grandmother all the property have been shared Between two sons. for 3 daughters money had been settled and they signed legally that they dont need ancestral property. Due to some disputes share had not given to one daughter and also she was not legally signed. she was married before 1989. my question here is do that one daughter have rights to claim property share? I belong to hindu family tamilnadu. Grand mother also died. Thanks

Apparently the property is not partitioned by registered partitioned deed.......................and it has remained ancestral, and her share is not paid.

She is demanding her share.

However you may show all docs on record to your able lawyer dealing in such/property/revenue/civil matters and well versed with state laws..............
