Ancestry property

My mother sold the property inherited from her father when I was a minor.Do I have right to claim the property now ?

The property from mother's side is not ancestral.

The proeprty in your mother's hand is her absoloute/self acquired proeprty.

She can dispose it as it pleases to her e.g; sell/mortgage/gift/WILL etc etc............

You have no forced share.

 

What is the opinion of your own counsel that has examined all docs on record?
