You can confirm the same during cross examination of the IO and argue that the case itself is false hence the inconsistencies in investigtion as well as prosectuion therefore you may pray to dismiss the complaint

initially, the prosecution may try to counter it by saying it is a clerical mistake, and if the mistake continues throughout the FIR in all relevant places, it is liable to be quashed.
