In a civil appeal of Revenue Divisional Orders(RDO) before the Joint Collector, we are the respondent.But at every hearing the Joint Collector heard only the arguments of the Petitioner but not the arguments of the Respondent.Now the Joint Collectors orders were given without proper reasons in favour of the Petitioner.And offcourse before the Joint Collectors orders we had filed a civil suit in the Civil Court.But now my question is shall we appeal the Joint Collectors orders in the High Court else is there any other legal relief to challenge the Joint Collector orders.
