Application for certified copies – civil misc. application no. [xxxx] of [year]

I am seeking certified copies of court records in relation to Civil Misc. Application No. [XXXX] of [YEAR], which was adjudicated before the Court of District Judge-2, Sindhudurg at Oros, District Sindhudurg. The judgment has already been pronounced, and I require these documents for further legal proceedings.

I have drafted an application to request certified copies from the court. Before submission, I would like to confirm:

  1. Whether the cited legal provision is correct for this purpose.
  2. If the format and content of the application meet procedural requirements.
  3. Any additional legal refinements or modifications required for better clarity and acceptance by the court.

I would be grateful if experienced legal professionals could review my draft and provide their insights. Kindly let me know if any corrections or improvements are needed.

Looking forward to valuable suggestions.

Below is the Application content:

Instead of straining so much to prepare the copy application, you can visit the court complex, purchase a blank copy application, fill up he details, affix court fee and file it before the registry of the concerned court

Admittedly, you were a party to the party  to the proceedings. You may request your advocate to apply for and get the certified copy.
