Whether a widow lady (aged about 80 years) is eligible to get the share of her deceased son's property. The deceased was the ONLY son of the lady and the other claimants are his widow and daughter.

His mother, wife and daughter have equal shares of his property.

Assuming that the old aged widow mother is a Hindu by religion, she is entitled to  rightful share out of her son's property, who is reported to have died intestate, that too at par with the other legal heirs/successors in interest.
