Pursuant to a scheme of amalgamation, the amalgamated company proposes to issue non convertible preference shares to non resident preference shareholders of the amalgamating company .
As a matter of abundant caution, company would like to take approval of RBI to such issue of non convertible preference shares to non resident preference shareholders.
In this regard, ideally what shud be the contents and enclosures of such application. Kindly forward a copy of similar application to RBI (if u have).
