I had filed an M.A application u/s 12A of Maharashtra ownershipact for restoration of water supply, since the proceedings would take long time I had filed an interim application for restoration of water supply, my I application was dismmised by the senior div. Civil Judge stating that the applicant is not the member of the society and the water supply has not been there since applicant had taken the flat so this section is not applicable.Actually the managing commitee had not purposely made him the member even though he had copleted all the legal formalities. I want to know where the appeal would lie against this order whether in district court or High court, Kindly please guide me.
