you cannot leave job that way you are abide by service rules - you can resign by giving one month notice and pay all dues if no loan advances are taken and pending for payment or if you have available vehicle loan, HBA etc. then process papers for release of charge and lien on your property/vehicle also. You are gazatted officer - you have to yr charge to some other person as per SO - Standing Order. Take all steps patiently donot make hurry you can seek transfer to some other place and post. Do not get frastructed. I worked with Government for 30 years. I had bitter experience. This is pensionable job. You will not get another now.

SIr thanks for your reply

I am working as scientific officer and don't have any such liability. I am not leaving the job without informing the parent organisation. i will resign after clarifing every dues. My question is that i want to hide my parent employment at the time of interview. later If i will be selected then i will resign on personal ground. and complete my dues then i will join in the other job. I have a good character, i am only affraid that if i will not get noc then how i will be interviewed.

getting NOC for applying for another job is yr right granted under Constitution of India. Your employer should forward it with remarks pertinent to you - at the time of forwarding your application to another employer they can ask for undertaking, as you are abide rules, that you should give an undertaking that you will resign from present job and join as per rules and regulations and also you will clear all dues and atleast you will give one month's notice or pay. If they are not giving you can challenge them at appropriate court.

Hi,

Don't worry regarding so. If this is your 1st application of this kind. then just right appologise application to authority, mentioned in the application that "it is my 1st application and I am not aware regarding the rule and regulation, I assured to authority that it will not happened again".

Further you have not commuted a capital mistake, if they are not satisfied with your reply then can only give u a warning that it should not be happened again.

cool yourself and proceed.
