Appoint brother as sole representative to fight case

Respected Sirs, Our land has been grabbed by some miscreants and We(legal heirs -two brothers and one sister) want to file a criminal and civil suit against the land grabbers. The Eldest of us my brother who is a lawyer has agreed to represent all of us to file and pursue the case . What will be the procedure to make him the sole representative to file the case as party in person
