Appointment of teachers

Teachers were appointed at contract basis.Govt promise to make them permanent after completion of three years of their contract.But now Govt refuse to make them permanent.Teachers approach labour court against Govt.What are the provisions related to this case from both sides???

All agreived teachers can form a union and file a petition in the civil courts.
