Appreance in court

I have been asked to appear before the judge in a case where my personal appearance was dispensed with by the HC. The court has called for appearance of all Accused although no summons have been issued. 1. Do I have to appear? 2. Can I be arrested on appearance? 3. What if I do not appear?

1. Do I have to appear?

Even if HC has granted you the permanent exemption, trial can order you to appear for any particular date if trial court found it necessary.

2. Can I be arrested on appearance?

You havn't given case details and section of your case, so can't say anything

3. What if I do not appear?

Court may issue NBW or BW

Suggestion: If you donot want to appear send your lawyer with the order of HC of permanent exemption and let your lawyer  handle the situation
