We have a site in bannerghatta road in a private layout which in now under bbmp. this layout was cut into 2 parts when the NICE road (Nandi infrastructure corridor) passing through our layout now we dont have an approach road to one side of layout where there are almost 120 sites. and the part of the layout property was JV by the layout developer to another builder for villa construction where we had access to our site. And the so called buffer zone is blocked by another land owner which part of land is remaining of that farmer after aqusition. advice how to proceed further.
