Arrest in the court

Sir thanks for the answer but sir any case law on the below mentioned matter.

{Out side court room the person may be arrested and if one is to be arested it can be done by the permission of the judge.}

can any ld friend give me judgement on arrest in court room of  498A case on the basis of arrest warrant issued by Family court u/s 125 since husband is not appearing in Maintenance case but appearing in 498A case.

Husband is not obliged to attend the proceeding of 125 Cr.Pc. Court may proceed ex parte and decide the case.
