Arya samaj marriage

Hi All, My age is 24 & the girl I love has completed 18 years of age in August 2011 we live in Pune. We want to marry each other in Arya Samaj Mandir I have few questions: 1. Can anyone tell me how is it safe & legal to get married in Arya samaj Mandir? 2. In how much days after applying for registration certificate will I get it after Arya Samaj Marriage? 3. Her father and mother is a big fraud and can do anything to get her back what preventive measures can i take to avoid all this things? 4. They can also kill both of us if caught so please tell me how to be safe after marriage? 5. What else shall I do in advance so that if under pressure of her parents my bride gives statement against me I shall not be caught in any legal contraversies? 6. We are planning to leave the city itself and get settled in new city so do we have to lodge any complaint against her parents so that they cannot harm us? 7. Should I take any affidavit from my wife stating the relationship or please suggest gud ideas? 8. Should I send them legal notice after marriage with proffs attached of marriage and also a copy of it to local police station? 9. After they reach us how can i avoid them from taking there daughter with them? 10. I am really very scared as they also do black magic and all and have seen all this with my own eyes I stay in the same building they stay and there relatives are mostly of criminal backgroud. Please provide me suggestions & advices so I can live a Happy life ahead Thanks Sanket
