I have a house and i have no any childerns. I want that after my death my wife have full owner of this house.

The best option under the circumstances is to make a Will in favour of the wife and preferably register it to safe-guard against future disputes from known or unknown claimants.
Another option is to incorporate the wife's name in the property records, via a deed, during the life-time.
