Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Prathap, belongs to SC category. 10 years back my father purchased 4 acres of agriculture assigned land on my name from Scheduled Tribe person . At that same time, I got a Patta pass book and Title deed and online registration etc. Last week that person who sold that land came unto me and said that the land is him. How that problem can be solved.
Please advice me what to do....

The question arises whether assigned land can be sold?
The answer can be obtained locally from Commissioner's office, local lawyer, T&C of assignment that probbaly you have not pursued.......................
Erect boundary wall and keep thew property in your possession.
You seem to have some docs to defend at least the monies paid by you.
Further the local counsel can advise you.
